We are proud of our committed and valued team of staff. They have a range of qualifications in nursery nursing and the care of babies and young children. We encourage staff to attend appropriate courses such as First Aid and food hygiene and we sponsor out staff to gain additional relevant qualifications. We also have qualified assessors for staff training and staff with NVQ Level 4 in Early Years and Education.

Our staff are carefully selected and undergo checks by the Criminal Records Bureau before they take up their posts. Written references are always required.
