We recognise the importance of working in partnerships with parents. We welcome comments - whether favourable or expressing anxieties - and suggestions. Parents may discuss their child's progress with their key carer and the Nursery Management Team at any time.

Parents may raise specific concerns or complaints with the Nursery Manager during nursery hours or with Mr or Mrs Miller at any time. We have in place a system that ensures your concerns are dealt with in a personal and professional way.
